First they send you an email, and schedule a skype interview. The interview is in english. After they call you and test your language skills for the several languages you mention in your CV. After, they send you another email with an extensive test to prove once again your language skills. The last part is an email with a job offer and also a call saying what ship you were assigned. If you need a VISA, they will help you, but only the 1st VISA... after the 1st contract you have to do it on your own.
