During this interview, you will be asked a range of standard interview questions to assess your suitability for the position and your alignment with the company’s values. If your interview is successful, the next stage will involve mandatory training in key areas, including aviation security, handling of dangerous goods, and proficiency in various airline systems. These training courses are designed to ensure you meet regulatory and operational standards before starting your duties.

Basic test for Turkish and Maths combined with English exam afterwards. Then you get to interview another person for your english level to be known. There are 3 different levels for pay range.
