iv process was smooth. First stage was group interview with the HR. During this stage HR will only ask common HR questions. They want to see whether you can tell story about yourself and at this stage they will see if you can fit any position or department that need an intern. If you passed HR stage, you will move to next stage where you will be interviewed by the designated dept HOD. If you pass this stage, you will likely be hired.

Attend an initial interview session with the HR team to assess background, skills, and cultural fit.
Proceed to a detailed interview with the Hiring Manager, focusing on technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and alignment with the role’s expectations.
