As Internship Recruitment Process, I have applied for the Cefalo Bangladesh Ltd Internship. After that, I got a call from Cefalo Bangladesh Ltd for the Internship Recruitment Process on 05-07-2024. The recruitment process consisted of 3 phases : 1. This was a behavioral interview with the MD of Cefalo Bangladesh Ltd. The Interview was scheduled for 30 mins. He asked me several questions on about myself, my studies, plans after graduations and goals. 2. Recuriement Phase - 2 : Technical + Coding Test (same day) This was a coding test on HackerRank. The test was 1.5 hour long on topic of java, sql and basic competitive programming questions 3. After 7 days, Cefalo Bangladesh Ltd, Hr informed that I got selected for the Cefalo Bangladesh Ltd Internship. So overall interview process was smooth and well structured

My CV was submitted to Cefalo, and a couple of weeks later, I received a call from an HR representative who scheduled an online interview. On the scheduled date, the MD of Cefalo conducted a behavioral interview lasting close to half an hour, focusing on cultural fit. Afterward, I underwent a technical round that lasted 1.5 hours. During this round, I answered questions on OOP and SQL and solved a couple of easy-to-medium-level programming problems.
