I applied online. Got Called to an onSite test after 1 week. The test had ~27 MCQ and 2 basic-level problems. After another week, I was called to an online technical discussion interview. Here I was mostly asked questions related to my previous experience and projects. Some questions on lifecycle, efcore and other .NET related questions. After 2 week, I participated in an online HR and cultural fit interview, Questions were of typical HR questions like Why am I leaving my current company, How do I handle situations, etc. I was offered a position after a couple of days.
