I had one interview with HR, who was super friendly and professional. He gave introductions of the company and the teams, followed with normal first round background questions. But i didn’t get picked for next round.

Reached out by recruiter, applied for sde3 and technical assessment. Switched to another team sde2 for hm round without explanation. HM explained the final round format and got rejected by another recruiter a few days later. The entire process was chaotic
