Entrevista
Both the phone interview and the on site interview were easy. After the initial two interviews there is a ride along, which is basically another interview. After the ride along, there is an interview with an executive who will offer to hire you.
At this point you will be hired, but have to go through 2 weeks of training. The two week training session is an extended paid interview, where they see if you can do the job and pick up the material. During the training you are tested everyday, and go out into the field to see how successful you can be.

Entrevista
A repersenative called to talk about the position and some basic information and to set up an interview. Went to the interview and was asked basic questions about my resume, background, and some situation questions and how I handled them. Simple interview and was told at the end that they would call in 24 hours but never did. the job is a cold B2B sales job wanting tons of driving and cold sales to businesses.
