The process was fast and streamlined in the beginning. I applied online, and a few days later, got an email prompting me to choose an onboarding/interview date.
It turned out to be a group interview where they asked each of us a question at random - how to perform a delivery, or how Caviar benefits restaurants.. They boasted that they don't hire additional couriers until they're needed, so now that business was picking up, they needed more couriers.
The next stage was the background check. I usually hear back pretty quickly from companies after passing the background check, but Caviar, which praises itself on being different from the competition, went dead on me. No response whatsoever.
Don't waste your time.

Group on boarding session that took place after the background check . Once I completed the application online and the security clearance was in I met with the recruiters at an inbiardinf session. Submitted the required paperwork to start working and downloaded the app. An vegan working ASAP

The interview process was quick and easy. They ask about your customer service experience. You have to go into detail about your experience. If you do well with that, your basically in.
