Phone screen followed by two face to face interviews, the final interview was more a myraid of questions by the MD which have no place in a modern interview process and have nothing to do with if one can do the job or not and or fit in. The only reason I did not walk out was to face the commercial director hassle as he was always polite, reasonable and respectful.
