It was a phone interview with HR so very early stage I guess. I was initially quite miffed when the PIC kept me waiting for almost an hour past the agreed time to start. But the PIC was apologetic and cordial throughout, so it was quite a pleasant experience overall. My only reservation is that the role will be "shared" across two agencies so that was a bit of a red flag.
