Entrevista
Step 1. Standard HR Screening call (20- 30 minutes).
Step 2. Writing Assessment (writing a 300 word introduction to a scientific paper)
Step 3. Interview with Scientific Directors (classic interview questions pertaining to medical writing)
3-part interview comprising Q&A, presentation and timed writing test. Writing test was timed to 45 min. Total interview time was around 90 min. Quite informal Q&A, timed test is a good writing experience regardless of outcome
