I applied online for a few positions. They called me to set up a phone interview a week later. It was a phone interview with the recruiter. After the phone interview, they mentioned they will call me if I am selected and will send an email if declined. The lady was very monotone and asked questions while I answered, it seemed like she was writing everything down.
