2 people from HR, one asked about only interest and passion related questions. Whereas, the other only about cadet pilot programme related questions. Not sure about their responses but one thing is be sure to not drift away too much or over share, as they had to tell me time twice about “now coming back to the main question” and mostly repeated sentence was “be specific”

Questions included what you know about the CPP (e.g., training facilities, training bond), why you want to join the programme, why you want to be a pilot. Wasn't very technical.
