Felt like more of an interrogation rather than an interview. Questions were difficult and they acted uninterested. My interview was about a month ago and I was ghosted. Interview was panel style with 3 other managers. All questions are in STAR format so make sure you have very descriptive answers with examples

Well organized, STAR method. Interview was with 3 members from the leadership team. Started on time and ended with a facility tour. Checked in at parking lot security office and was on the visitor list. Secondary check went smoothly and hiring manager came out to greet on arrival.
The interview process was thorough and well-structured, involving multiple stages. It started with a phone screening where basic qualifications and motivations were discussed. This was followed by a virtual interview with the HR team, focusing on personality and fit within the company culture.

There were multiple rounds of targeted selection interviews. Panel interviews. Same general set of questions asked over and over again. Nothing special. It didn't feel like I had a real chance. Forgone conclusions. Not seriously considered.
