I applied on the caterpillar website. First stage was a technical interview done over teams lasting 90 minutes and then progressed to the second stage which was a target selection interview at the plant lasting 60 minutes followed by a presentation which I had to prepare prior to the interview and deliver lasting 30 mins. A shop floor tour lasted 45 minutes and received notification of offer 5 days later.
