About 4 weeks after applying online, I received a call to set up an interview in Cary, NC. When I arrived, my interview was with one individual in person and one individual on the phone from another plant. The interview was based on the STAR format (which they tell you ahead of time) and was fairly straightforward! Throughout the summer, I worked alongside both of the individuals I interviewed with.

Use the Situation.Task.Action.Results. method of interviewing. "Tell me about a time when...." questions. Roughly 7 or 8 questions were asked and interviewers spent very little time commentating or conversing your responses.
