Phone interview for first interview. Virtual interview for second interview. People were nice but was absolutely ghosted after the second interview. Provided no feedback, not even a generic rejection letter. I reached out twice with no response. I find that super disrespectful and shows lack of professionalism around the company.
Started off with an HR phone interview, they were pretty nice. Moved on to a couple rounds of interviews with Management. Most were more conversational than anything else. One of the

10 minute phone interview
2 hour in person interview (which was originally scheduled to only be an hour)
Okay, there is a REASON this company has such poor reviews. My first impression while waiting for my interview to start was watching an employee and her manager (i'm assuming) argue about their health care insurance right in the middle of the office floor. Not a great first impression. The in-person interview that was scheduled for one hour ended up being over 2 hours because at the last minute they gave me an extremely poorly worded "quiz" which they gave me an hour to complete. The quiz looked like it was written by a 3rd grader. It was full of fragmented sentences, grammatical errors and internal jargon only an employee who was at the company would know what it meant. When I left the room to ask a question about a specific part of the quiz (the interviewer specifically said, 'if you have any questions, i'll be right outside the door), there was literally no one in the room except a girl at her desk with headphones in. I hesitantly went up to her (at this point I was super embarrassed and just wanted to leave) and asked her if she knew where my interviewer was. The girl responded very curtly and annoyed saying, "she's upstairs prepping for the company's thanksgiving dinner." Um, okay. By this point it was nearing 4:15 (interview started at 2), and I just left my quiz on the table and bolted out of there. My biggest issue was that the recruiter specifically said my interview would be from 2-3 so I parked my car for only an hour and there was no way in hell I was going to get a ticket because of this sketchy company. Advice to management or really anyone with half a brain is to beTRANSPARENT about how long the interview will run, don't leave your prospective employee all by herself if you say you are going to be nearby to answer questions, and maybe don't have your employees argue with each other on the office floor when a prospective employee walks in for an interview. Overall, its blindly apparent this company has issues and from the looks of the other reviews that have been posted, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
