Below was the interview process that was explained to me/what I experienced. 1st Round recruiter 2nd Round work sample 3rd Round Hiring Manager Interview 4th Round Executive Interview Overall, it was a very standard hiring procedure. My one critique is that the recruiter wasn't super familiar with the role they were interviewing me for or the skills that would be needed, but asked very technical questions which made it a little stop and go in the conversation and hard to tell how the interview went.
