My interview process was pretty easy! The first initial touchpoint was an email with a member from the leadership team and a follow up phone call that same week. Next, it was an on-site with the team and the final was a panel with the delivery team.

Great interview process! Applied through LinkedIn and met for a video call the next day where we had a great conversation, and talked through the role and expectations. Met with another member of leadership through video call the following day to learn more about the company, mission, and values. After that, we set up a day for me to travel to the Charleston office to meet the team. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming, and they all made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process!

I was referred by a close friend who works at Catch Talent. I was connected with Dan Coombs, we spoke a few times over the phone and he welcomed me in for an in-person interview. I was greeted by a welcoming and upbeat group of individuals. I had a very relaxed conversation with the management and delivery team. I then spoke with Dan a few days later, we spoke about the feedback of the interview and I accepted the awesome opportunity that Catch presented!
