The video interview is nice and easy, gives you an idea of how the interview will be done and examples, there is prerecorded video that helps you feel at ease. Each stage of the questioning gives you ample time to process question and form your answer.

The interview was Very easy, it was over the phone. They asked a Short list of questions. They require that teachers are certified. I never met the person that interviewed me. I was send an offer letter in the mail.

The interview was simple and consisted of a conversation more that questions and answers. I learned about the company and their educational approach in the classroom. It was not a difficult process and was rather informative.
