Had a pretty good 1st phone interview with the recruiting team. Was scheduled a panel interview the week after and interviewed with 4 people 30 min each separately. The first interviewer was more specific and did ok, the next 2 were easier, and the last one was somewhat difficult as more specific questions about project management were asked, thought we had a productive but somewhat uncomfortable time together. Was told that the company was investing alot of money in the business so there was alot going on that the company was neglecting for years. The role itself was neglected for awhile so they are disorganized throughout the organization. Was scheduled a surprise last 4th interview the following week. I spent time preparing to better answer questions. I got up really early that morning to prepare for the interview. When I got online I waited for the interviewer. 15min passed and nobody logged online. I than reached out to the recruiting team that nobody showed up. Got an email that the interview had to be cancelled last minute and was asked to provide additional dates to reschedule. Got another email the next day that the surprise interview was cancelled for the moment and to awaite further communication. I than get an automated email that they decided to go with other candidates but the confusing part was they diddnt specify which project manager role as I applied to multiple. I was really excited for the role and project that this role would be working on but the interview process and the transition the company is going through to improve processes I would say made me realize where they were messy with things. Sigh...
