Two phone screens and a face to face interview with the hiring manager plus three team members. All excitement on their end, since the role seemed tailor made to my qualifications. Appearances - VERY important. I dressed in a business suit. Apparently, they thought I looked pregnant and rejected me as soon as I was out the door. I'm not pregnant.

The job was for a quality assurance analyst. The process was quick and simple, asked basic questions. The HR person was very helpful, but the job was not a good fit.

standard employment history and experience questions added with some personality type questions. four different individuals interview you one on one for about 30 minutes each. they want to know if you will fit in with work environment and current employees
