Pretty sure I was the only candidate as no one had applied to the role for a month, yet I was wrung through 2 stages of interviews just to be rejected. Only got a response when I posted a review on Glassdoor, telling me they hired someone with more experience even though they offered full training, so that shouldn’t have mattered, plus I had all the experience for the role so clearly it didn’t add up. They must put out lots of job ads so they can get a tax break. I only ever see two or three of the same people working in their galleries, yet they post ads constantly throughout the year.
