Recruiter sent my CV on, it got shortlisted. Then met with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes, going through CV and history of projects and areas of responsibility. Then met with the hiring manager and Chairman over breakfast meeting to discuss what I would engage with (at this point it was clear they wanted me and was meeting to woo me over) .
