The interview process is a multi-interview process. First I talked to a few of the design members via a video chat and walked them through my work and process. I heard back quickly, and proceeded to meet more people onsite. Then I was followed up with another video chat. They did it in a way that is very thoughtful of the role they'll place you with.
There were times where I wasn't aware of what was going on and wish I had more insight, but I'm sure that is much more HR related. I was very impressed with everyone's knowledge of their team's division of labor. They were very good at explaining their process without making it sound rigid or ambiguous. Really awesome company.
