      I applied and was contacted via email by Scott, the Talent Acquisition Manager. First, a writing sample was requested - it was a basic "How would you respond to this customer inquiry" type of assignment to see what your instincts are. After that, I had a 30 minute phone call with Scott. It was very conversational, getting a good feeling for the role and responsibilities, as well as my experience and background. Moving on from that I was invited to come in to the office to meet with members of the CX team. There were 3 pairs of CXers, 30 minutes each - we sat on the beautiful roof and talked about my experience then answered some general interview questions. Lastly, I was invited back once more to meet with the CX manager, director, and a co-founder, also about an hour and a half total. By now I felt like I had as good of an idea about Casper as they had about me, and was able to see that this was the right fit! Everyone along the way was incredibly interested, excited, welcoming, yet thorough in their interview questions. Not necessarily hard questions, but the type that showed they really wanted to find the best talent.

      I applied online and then did a phone screening with Andrew in HR. The interview was interesting and informative. I was told that I would hear back by the end of the week. The next day, I sent a thank you follow up email. It’s been nearly two weeks and I never received any correspondence from the company. The unprofessional interview procedure is a sign that the company really isn’t as unique and profound as it says it is.

      Entrevista

      Straightforward process with three separate interviews. One screen call with HR, another one on Skype with a team lead and a last one in their office to meet the team. Questions centered on my previous experiences and what challenges I wanted to face next. People I met were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and the atmosphere in the office was very nice. Overall, a very positive experience, througly transparent and responsive from Casper's side.

      Three rounds of video interviews with 3-4 interviews each. First round was a phone interview. The second two were with current managers one at a time. It was mostly personality and work ethic questions.
