HR called to set up an interview after I had submitted an application and my resume, waited in the lobby for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, sat down with the prospective manager and his boss for first interview, second interview was a phone call with the prospective manager and myself where I was asked strange personal questions about my hobbies, this person said I would be a good fit because we had similar interests. One month or more went by and HR made an offer over the phone, I accepted after some negotiations from my end.
