They will take your telephonic interview for ASM position or Cluster Manager position then they will call you for f2f interview and ask to join as Store Manager and Brand Promoter then they will spoil your life after joining... Also they will ask your expectations and they will agree after resigning your current organization they will ask you to join at low salary as they will say they have this much budget for the current position. I was fool as I have accepted their each and every conditions lower designation and less salary as discussed
