I attended the first interview which was conducted by 2 managers and was approximately 1 hour long. I was given an introduction to Cascaid and the company. I was asked to run through my CV and elaborate on my skill sets and was given the opportunity to ask questions. For the 2nd interview, I was introduced to the CEO, and was asked to conduct a short presentation of how I would target customers and sell the products to new customers. I was also requested to call a customer so the managers could see how I would perform on the phone.
