There was a screening skype interview for the first round, then a teaching demo and panel interview with the department in the second round, following by executive interviews after that. HR was very nice but quite inflexible with times available--it seemed like they only had particular slots. It was very clear there was no room for negotiation of salary, which was a disappointment. Not many people showed up to the teaching demo and I was supposed to pretend that everyone was a student, which was fine but awkward.
