The interview process began with an unsolicited call from a manager. I had been referred to him by a recruiter without being notified, however I did not mind as I was in the market and it turned out to be a good opportunity. After the initial phone screen, the next step was to have a one-on-one meeting. I was impressed with the manager and the handful of other folks with whom I spoke while at the site. After that an offer was made and I just had to wait for papework to be done.
