I applied in store and they told me it would be about a month until they started interviewing. About a month later, they gave me a call to come in. I had a small group interview with one other girl and the assistant manager. I had lots of retail and other experience so I only had one interview upon being offered the job about 3 days later.

The interview went well. I had an emergency unfortunately, which they handled with care. The manager sent me a personal message on Saturday the 24th. To ' follow up' just 48 hours after. Someone from Carter's called on Friday the 23rd.. to close the medical file. My interview was on Thursday so just over 24hours. I was under consideration for two weeks.. and got the message today, not selected. I'm not sure why.
