Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Carter's
Entrevista
The process took almost a month. I spoke with the dm over the phone for about an hour, then someone from hr then a regional then met with the dm. It was holiday so meeting was very challenging for us both but there was never any attitude from the dm about that.
Most of the tougher questions were from the regional. Every conversation I felt each person was very engaged and interested in me.
-whats your management style, etc. I have a lot of experience so there werent a lot of cookie cutter questions.
all parties were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone worked around my schedule and all made a great impression on me in regards to the type of people the company hires and the company culture. Dm and regional VERY transparent about what it takes to be happy with company, style of manager they were looking for.
Some misses were that I wish the background check were done before the offer was made. It was a bit annoying getting an offer then waiting over a week for it to be really offical..I was excited to start!

They conducted two interviews. One in person with the District Manager and one phone interview with HR. The process was relatively quick and easy. The District Manager was very pleasant and professional.

Long process. On my 4th interview. Finally meeting an employee, not just on the phone. But to be expected. It's covid times. But all was professional and on time and the employees were kind and easy to talk to but interview questions were very textbook.
