Phone Screening and 2 one on one phone interviews since I was not local to Atlanta. HR associate was over an hour late calling me for my interview, with no notice or courtesy email explaining the situation. The retouch manager did not seem excited about the opportunity at hand. A few weeks after my interviews it came to my attention that someone from Carters had reached out to someone they knew from my company WITHOUT my permission, Carter's never even requested references or asked if they could contact my current employers, in fact there was not even an offer on the table. My manger was then alerted that I was applying to other jobs and confronted me about it. This carelessness put me in a very uncomfortable position with my employer.
