Started with two phone interviews, then a half day face to face interview which I had to take off from my current job for. Two weeks later, I still had not heard back, which by that point, I knew they probably weren't moving forward, however, I had to reach out to the recruiter, after not hearing a word for two weeks. I was then told they would be moving forward with another candidate because I lacked skills they knew I didn't possess from the initial phone call. Absolutely a waste of my time AND theirs because of the recruiter I worked with.
