Pretty straightforward -- I applied online, and two days later received a call to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the store manager, and she asked me a fair amount of questions from a form (varied stuff, about work ethic, leadership abilities, experience, etc.) and penciled in my answers. Four days later, I received a call, and they offered me the job (pending a background check, of course).

Entrevista
The interview went well.
I had an emergency unfortunately, which they handled with care. The manager sent me a personal message on Saturday the 24th. To ' follow up' just 48 hours after. Someone from Carter's called on Friday the 23rd.. to close the medical file. My interview was on Thursday so just over 24hours.
I was under consideration for two weeks.. and got the message today, not selected.
I'm not sure why.
Face time zoom microsoft call for initial interview then the process to employment was quicker than expected. All they required of me after the initial call was for me to fill out the background consent form then they were going to put me in the schedule immediately after

was quick and easy. overall felt comfortable with whom i was talking to. Felt welcomed towards the company guided me with all the questions so i felt comfortable speaking. felt like i was talking with someone who i already knew
