      Entrevista para Lead Float Therapist

      31 oct 2025
      Candidato de entrevista anónimo
      Fort Worth, TX
      Sin ofertas
      Experiencia negativa
      Entrevista difícil

      Solicitud

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Carrus Hospitals (Fort Worth, TX) en oct 2025

      Entrevista

The first interview was rescheduled twice. The second interview was "too much," I was asked why I left every company, exactly how long I had been there and why I wanted to leave my current job. That line of questioning is so old school, why not ask what did you learn? What were your challenges? the person interviewing me did not understand the landscape and the scope of work that is required in the role and you could tell this from the line of questioning. There are some pretty bad behavioral health companies out there and terrible therapist jobs that don't just treat you like a therapist robot. And the interviewer decided before I even got off of the call that she was not going to select me. "You don't want to do this job based on what you had said." How does that serve a person's self-esteem and confidence if you are rejecting the person right on the call? Very unprofessional interviewing skills and if you have a judgement you are not supposed to say this on the actual interview!? The person interviewing did not even work in the same area or even understand anything about therapy. They were the new business development person!? There as another person in the second interview and she was making a grim face and did not contribute at all to the interview. Had no questions and looked like she hated every minute of it. Very unprofessional interview can't imagine what it would be like to work there!?

      Pregunta 1

Nothing that pertained to the skills or qualifications for the role. It was a peppering of questions and judgements.
