Disorganized and drawn out. The recruiter was very not responsive throughout the entire experience and it was honestly the worst interview experience I have possibly ever had. I got ghosted after multiple rounds of interviews.

I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. When I arrived to the recruiter screen, the recruiter came on just audio. She asked at that time to reschedule. A few days later, I arrived to the rescheduled interview and she sent me an email two minutes after it was supposed to start asking to reschedule again. Finally, on the third attempt with the same recruiter, she showed up on camera in a sweatshirt. I followed up with this recruiter later and never heard back.
