The interview process for Carrot Global was simple and efficient. After an initial screening interview with your potential supervisor, you then go through 2-3 mock tutor test stages with some of the HQ employees which is then separately reviewed by other members of the hiring department. Once you successfully complete the mock English tutoring lessons, you receive an offer.

Entrevista
Sent a resume/intro - heard back almost immediately. Then two hours of mandatory training, another two hours of demo classes. Pretty rigorous, perhaps the most rigorous in the industry. Basic questions as per the norm, in the 30 minute interview.
