web interview, with 5 other individuals. In the email before, they gave us a Demo class, and each of us needed to do some part of the class during the interview. The interviewer seemed to be in a rush and treated everyone like elementary kids. Not much respect.

What do you do when there is a student not focusing?
Demonstrate a sample lesson plan to the interviewer. It was pretty straight forward and not too difficult. If you are a native speaker there should be no issue. This was a while ago so I’m not sure if the interview process has changed.

Can I work early morning or late night working hours due to time difference .

Entrevista
30 minute interview - followed by a total of 5 days of training. They check your equipment and internet etc, they also use the interview to test your accent. Just like any other company.
