The first interview was an online recorded video. This consisted of four questions that were asked, two of which were behavioural (describe a time when ...) and two which were technical questions about chemistry. Each question was a recorded video, and you were given 1-2 minutes to compose an answer, then had to record a 1-2 minute response to the question.

Proofreading exercise + questions based on a text before interview. Interview consisted of going through a paper which they sent through a week before, as well as some questions such as “what is a patent”, something about resilience, and what informed your choice to become a patent attorney. I interviewed 6 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. They don’t treat prospective employees very well. Although the receptionists were incredibly lovely.
