You will interview with the new agents liaison and then with the broker of the office you choose. They will give you information on their training and information on that individual office.

The interview was mostly about sales experience. I dropped off a resume, was called in the next day and hired. There is a training period that starts each month. You are also given an experienced Realtor to help you through the first six months. Dress very professional and have a very positive attitude and you'll be hired. They are less inclined to hire people from out of town. The real estate business is really about who you know.
