The position required a background in customer service. I received an overview of the company and what the position entailed. My interviewe was very friendly and on time.

Applied through University of South Carolina career site. Sent a preliminary online personality survey by email. They called back a couple weeks later and scheduled an interview with two senior management personnel. Lasted about an hour. Called back a week later and accepted the job offer. Mostly personality based rather than knowledge based because they train you.
