Rigorous vetting process, with about 8 hours of interviews and multiple panels/one-on-one interviews. Numerous unwinnable scenarios and edge questions about different technologies. The interview would be pretty hard to fake, and I was able to prove competency in relevant fields. Sometimes the questions were a little "out there," however the interview process was exactly what I would expect from a top tier school.
