I had a 2.5 hour long block of interviews with 5 people. Everyone was super nice and informative and definitely made me feel more relaxed in the interview. Pretty basic interview. I wasn’t really quizzed on my knowledge of media planning/buying, just standard “what’s your background” type questions. However, they have ghosted me and never followed up after my initial interview despite multiple verbal confirmations I would be hearing back within a week. Not even a reply to my follow up. This sadly also happened to me when I was interviewing for an intern position a few years back. I also know this has happened to other people. Such a pity considering they are one of the most prominent agencies in the Twin Cities.
