I was asked to interview with them by a recruiter, so I am not sure how long their normal interview process takes. I met with several people all at once. It was very quick maybe an hour total between arriving and leaving. They were very open about their policies but some of them are a little old fashioned in a modern workforce, i.e. everyone works 9-5. All of the people were friendly and very passionate about their products.
