Panel interview. Leaders seemed unhappy, focused on the negatives. Made it clear there is no room for creativity. After clarifying what I heard from them I took myself out of the running.

You've had a lot of responsibility, can you give that up to work in a more restricted role?
A recruiter asked if I was open to the position. I felt like I did quite poorly during the interview as I lacked familiarity with military training standards. While initially intimidating, in retrospect, Carley treats people quite fairly during the interview process.

Entrevista
It took about three weeks. I applied online and was offered an interview about 5 days later. The panel was very nice and the questions were expected. The interview was about an hour long.
