I met first with the recruiter and that interview went well. I then got a call from the OB/Gyn nurse manager that went fabulous and she invited me back to do a job shadow. That went very well and I was feeling confident as the nurse manager asked me when I could start. She said I would have one more interview in the form of a peer interview with two RN's. They were great and I was again feeling confident. That's the last I heard from Carle Clinic Ob/Gyn dept. I called the nurse manager and left a voice mail with no call back and I called the recruiter with also no return call. I found out they filled the job two months later by seeing the posting down on their web site. Then 2 weeks later I got a form email stating that I was no longer in the running for the job. Lol
