Randstad contacted me for the job. Then within 2 weeks I went on an interview at Cargill. The next day I received a call that they were enthuisiast and wanted me to start working there. Within 2 weeks I started working there.

Interview process from apply online to my first day on the job took a long time (five months). Business unit was going through a restructure and that created several stops and starts. First interviewed for a consultant position and after I interviewed with the hiring manager, he/she considered me for several higher level positions and had some peer hiring managers meet with me. If you fit their core values and culture, they will take their time to help you and them find the best possible fit for you inside the company. I was happy with the position I ultimately received of the four positions I was interviewing for. People I interviewed with were very genuine and positive - they weren't trying to ask you trick interview questions.
