The interviewer neither read my CV nor understood the job descriptions of the role. She came in late and we finished late. She doesn't know what qualifications are required for the role or if it's a global or regional role, somewhat bias. Additionally mentioned "I don't know why this role is based in the middle of nowhere" She wasn't just clueless but didn't care about her job. I believe the company can do better than this because an interview is two way
